Administrative support:
Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and ordering supplies.
Financial and accounting support:
Process receipts, invoices, and bills, and may assist with basic accounting functions.
Reporting and analysis:
Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
Departmental coordination:
Support the front office team and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Inventory management:
Monitor and manage office and/or stock inventory.
Required skills and qualifications
Technical skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data entry, and knowledge of relevant office software or CRM platforms.
Soft skills:
Strong communication (written and verbal), time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Education:
Typically a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in an office environment is often required.
