Coordinate and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring on-time execution.
Work closely with internal teams to allocate resources and resolve bottlenecks.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
Assist in quality assurance and final delivery of services or products.
Serve as a point of contact for client onboarding, support, and ongoing engagement.
Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs and ensuring value delivery.
Address client queries, resolve issues, and escalate when required to ensure client satisfaction.
Collect client feedback and share insights to improve service delivery and retention
