Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Inventory Management:

Oversee stock levels, conduct regular physical audits, and maintain accurate inventory records, often in an ERP or SAP system.

Operations:

Manage day-to-day store operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.

Staff Supervision:

Lead, guide, and manage a team of store staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Financial Oversight:

Assist in managing store budgets, analyzing sales performance, and preparing relevant reports and forecasts.

Vendor and Purchase Management:

Liaise with the purchase department, manage vendor relations, and ensure timely payments.

Compliance:

Ensure the store adheres to all safety, security, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements and Skills

Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in store management or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with inventory management software or ERP systems is often required.

Leadership:

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Organizational Skills:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Problem-Solving:

Competence in problem-solving and decision-making.
