We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Back Office Executive
(female preferred) to manage administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and proficiency in handling day-to-day office documentation and coordination work.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain documentation such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
Maintain and organize company files, records, and correspondence.
Prepare and manage reports, data entry, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Prepare reports, MIS data, and maintain filing systems.
Support management in routine administrative and operational activities.
Handle emails, calls, and other office communication efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in back-office operations.
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of
GeM Portal
and
basic accounting
will be an added advantage.
Working Days & Timings:
9:30 AM to 6PM, Monday - Saturday.
