Job Title: Back Office Executive (Female)

We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Executive (Female) to handle coordination, documentation, and support operations for our sites and office.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Coordination:
Communicate with site supervisors and vendors for daily work updates, material requirements, and status tracking.
Materials Inward & Outward Management:
Maintain accurate records of materials received and dispatched from stores/sites.
Prepare and update stock registers and delivery challans.
Purchase Management:
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, price comparisons, and purchase orders.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and maintain purchase records.
Accounts & Expense Handling:
Maintain petty cash, expense vouchers, and prepare expense statements.
Support the accounts department in data entry, billing, and vendor payment follow-ups.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain files, reports, and other back-office records in an organized manner.
Assist management in preparing daily/weekly reports related to site activities and expenses.
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email Communication
Basic understanding of accounts and material management
Strong coordination and multitasking ability
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Attention to detail and record-keeping skills
Salary: ₹25000 per month (Based on experience)
Working Hours: [10:30 AM - 6:30 PM].
