Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, calls, and internal queries.
Manage correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Handle vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and service agreements.
Support management with reporting, presentations, and internal communication.
Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and compliant with company standards.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Candidate Profile:
Female candidates preferred.
Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in administration or front-office roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
