Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated female Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to handling office administration.



Qualifications:

Graduation or post-graduation in any stream.

Key Responsibilities:



Quotation and Order Management: Prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders, proforma invoices, and sales orders. Email Management: Handle and respond to emails independently, ensuring timely and effective communication. Office Administration: Assist with day-to-day office tasks and support smooth office operations. Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfactory service. Sales Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports and follow up on pending issues or queries. MIS Preparation: Create and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for sales activities. Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Management Support: Provide assistance and support to management in various tasks as required. MS Office Proficiency: Exhibit a high level of proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
