About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back-End Executive to join our team at Inspire Tech Solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MS Excel, data management, and computer operations, along with excellent communication skills. This role is integral to ensuring seamless backend operations and supporting various departments in achieving organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and manage databases effectively Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using MS Excel Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for internal processes Coordinate with different departments to provide backend support Handle day-to-day administrative and computer-based tasks Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in data management and reporting
Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
