Urgent Hiring Back Office Executive Female Candidate Only.



Candidate must have knowledge of MS Excel and good communication.



Key Responsibilities:



Process and manage data entry, record-keeping, and documentation Handle daily administrative and operational tasks Maintain and update databases, files, and records accurately Prepare and review reports, spreadsheets, and other business documentation Support accounting, billing, and inventory control processes Coordinate with internal teams (front office, sales, accounts, HR) as required Assist with managing emails, correspondence, and scheduling Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards Track and reconcile transactions, payments, or inventory where applicable Respond promptly to internal queries and requests for information

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
