Key Responsibilities



Data Management & Entry

: Accurately inputting, updating, and organizing information into databases and various digital systems.

Record Keeping

: Maintaining comprehensive and organized records of transactions, documents, and other relevant data.

Transaction Processing

: Handling routine financial transactions, processing invoices, receipts, and managing payments.

Reporting & Analysis

: Generating and distributing Management Information System (MIS) reports, and sometimes analyzing market research or business data to aid management decisions.

Coordination

: Liaising with different departments to ensure seamless workflow, effective communication, and coordination between teams.

Administrative Support

: Performing general administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, filing, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings.

Customer Support

: Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and professional communication.
