Key Responsibilities
Process and enter purchase bills accurately in the system
Maintain records of vehicle purchases, invoices, and related documentation
Handle back-office and data entry activities related to sales and purchases
Coordinate with vendors, showroom staff, and accounts team for billing and documentation
Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance
Update and maintain reports, MIS, and system records
Support inventory and stock-related data updates
Ensure proper filing and documentation of records
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma
Experience as an EDP Executive or in back-office operations preferred
Knowledge of billing, purchase documentation, and data entry processes
Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership software/ERP
Good coordination and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
