Back Office Executive with Advanced Excel skills

is responsible for managing data, maintaining reports, and supporting the company's operations through efficient documentation and analysis. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with large datasets using advanced Excel functions.

They help ensure smooth workflow by handling administrative tasks, preparing MIS reports, organizing data, and providing support to other departments.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and organize company data using advanced Excel tools. Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Conditional Formatting. Maintain records, documentation, and internal databases. Analyze data to support management decisions. Handle email communication, documentation, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow. Ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Key Skills Required



Advanced Excel expertise

: VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts Data Cleaning & Validation Conditional Formatting INDEX-MATCH Excel Macros / Basic VBA (optional) Strong typing and data entry skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
