The Back Office Executive is responsible for handling the administrative and support functions that ensure smooth business operations. This role involves managing data, processing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry, record management, and documentation.
Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments as per company procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments like sales, accounts, logistics, and HR.
Support front office and field staff with back-end operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal queries efficiently.
Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of company information.
Assist in HR, payroll, and compliance-related documentation when required.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in back-office or administrative roles (freshers may also apply).
Strong computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
