Back Office Executive
to join our team. The role involves handling administrative tasks, supporting management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for maintaining records, managing data, and assisting other departments as required.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents.
Process and manage invoices, bills, and financial data entry.
Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments for smooth workflow.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Handle email communication, documentation, and file management.
Assist in compliance-related tasks and company policies.
Monitor and order office supplies when required.
Provide general administrative support to management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
