Key Responsibilities:Telecalling:



Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain products/services and generate interest. Maintain records of conversations and follow-ups. Handle customer queries professionally and provide information. Convert leads into confirmed appointments/sales.

Back Office:



Manage daily administrative tasks. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets. Assist in documentation and file management. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Skills Required:



Good verbal and written communication in [language(s)]. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Pleasing personality and polite telephone etiquette. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:



Prior experience in telecalling or customer service. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
