Job Description

We are seeking a Female Candidate for detail-oriented and organized Back office Executive to support our hospitality operations. This role is ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and on-ground staff. The Back Office Executive will handle data management, documentation, and reporting, playing an important role in the success of events.

Key Responsibilities :



Manage and update client , guest, vendor data in Google sheet/excel. Prepare reports, trackers , and MIS for event operations. Coordinate with telecallers, hospitality teams , and vendors for timely information flow. Handle Documentation, contracts, and event related work. Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining records. Ensure smooth day to day administrative support to the operations team.

Requirements :



Graduate in any stream; experience in back office /administration preferred. Strong Knowledge of MS office and Google sheet. Excellent written and verbal Communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Job Types: Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
