Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive

Back Office Executive

to handle client follow-ups for collecting necessary documents and ensure timely preparation of complete files for submission to respective departments (government, regulatory, or internal). The role involves coordination, documentation, and support work, ideal for someone with a background in accounts or compliance and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handled leads generated by the Business Development Executive team. conducting follow-ups to collect required documentation as per the defined checklist (MSME Subsidy/Loan/Startup registration/Company formation/ MPIDC Land Allotment etc). Regular follow-up with clients (via phone, email, WhatsApp) for pending or required documents. Maintain checklist of required documents for each client or case. Review received documents for completeness and correctness. Organize and prepare files for submission to departments (physically or digitally). Ensure timely submission of files as per deadlines. Maintain logs and trackers of follow-up status, submissions, and client responses. Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, legal, compliance) as needed. File and archive submitted records systematically for audit or future reference. Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:

CA Inter / CA Dropout / B.Com / M.Com with basic knowledge of compliance documents. Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written). Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Familiarity with documentation for statutory or regulatory departments is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a CA firm, consultancy, or compliance office. Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients or cases simultaneously.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
