About the Role:

We are seeking a Back Office Executive with proven experience in the brokerage or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will handle operational processes, ensure accuracy in trade settlements, and support compliance and reporting functions across our Hyderabad and Dubai offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation activities.Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold NISM standards.Prepare and manage daily/weekly operational and compliance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a brokerage back-office role.NISM certification is mandatory.Good understanding of trading systems, depository operations, and settlements.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Excel and back-office software tools.
