Responsible for back-office operations including data management, MIS reporting, technical support to sales and marketing teams, client coordination, and sales business data analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
Update all data in
MIS
as per predefined formats.
Assist and coordinate with
sales team
and
marketing team
for smooth operations.
Support
administrative staff
in day-to-day tasks.
Support
sales staff
in handling and documenting customer accounts.
Process data and compile reports for management review.
Enter data accurately into the system and maintain records.
Coordinate with the team to ensure data posting in required formats/software for policy-related documents.
Follow up on all pending policy renewals with clients.
Interact with managers/employees from insurance companies to provide clients with the best available options based on market trends and latest product developments.
Participate in activities assigned by management to enhance customer service.
