Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Data entry, record keeping, and maintain company databases
Prepare and manage reports, documents, and official correspondence.
Assist in processing invoices, bills, and maintaining financial records.
Coordinate with front-office staff, vendors, and internal departments.
Handle emails, phone calls, and other official communications.
Manage office inventory, files, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, ETC

Skills Required

:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Fluency in English (both written and verbal).


High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in back-office or administrative roles.

Work Environment:


Office-based position with regular working hours.

Salary:


Rs.15,000 - Rs.17,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
