We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Back Office Executive
to support our operations team. The candidate must be skilled in
MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Milling operations
with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
Prepare, maintain, and update reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Work with milling-related processes and ensure accurate record management.
Assist in day-to-day back-office operations and provide support to the management team.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in back-office operations or related field.
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts)
.
Proficiency in
Google Sheets
and ability to work on shared documents.
Knowledge/experience in
Milling operations
will be an added advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
