We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to Sales Head to provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and coordination with internal teams, customers and supporting sales operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.



Minimum 3-5 Year Experience in Back office /Coordination Profile. Manage and check emails on behalf of the Sales Head, including follow-ups and responses. Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, demos, and appointments (internal & external). Monitor and manage mail and ensure timely responses. Forward and assign emails to the concerned team members for action. Assist in handling AI platform-related tasks, including scheduling and demo coordination. Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups. Prepare, organize, and manage documentation accurately and timely. Plan tours and travel schedules, manage WhatsApp and communication. Coordinate with sales personnel for daily activities, updates, and support requirements. Check Tasksheet, leads, and Tour tickets; ensure timely follow-ups of sales person. Monitor and check work status of sales person as instructed by the Sales Head. Provide general administrative and operational support to the Sales Head as required. Education: Graduation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong coordination and organizational abilities Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and basic reporting tools Ability to multitask and work independently Knowledge of sales processes and customer handling is an advantage Location: Ahmedabad
