Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administration and back-office operations
Maintain employee attendance, records, and office files
Manage purchase orders, material procurement, and vendor coordination
Maintain stock, inventory, and record-keeping systems
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client coordination
Prepare reports, billing, invoices, and documentation
Manage social media posting and coordination activities
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
Minimum 1 -2 year experience
in office administration or back-office role
Basic working knowledge of
MS Word, Excel & Email
Understanding of inventory management and documentation
Knowledge of social media platforms (posting & coordination preferred)
Good communication, time-management, and organizational skills
