Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage documentation, data entry, reporting, and coordination with internal teams. The role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:-



Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents. Process and manage invoices, bills, and financial data entry. Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments for smooth workflow. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Handle email communication, documentation, and file management. Assist in compliance-related tasks and company policies. Monitor and order office supplies when required. Provide general administrative support to management.

Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline with 2-4 years of back-office/administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
