Back Office Executive
to manage administrative and support tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role requires good communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry, documentation, and filing tasks.
Coordinate with front office and internal departments to support operations.
Maintain and update records, databases, and inventory.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Manage schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
