Female Back Office Executive
to join our Visakhapatnam team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
payment follow-ups
and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with customers
over phone and email regarding payments and orders.
Manage entries and accounts in
Tally
.
Prepare and maintain documents using
MS Word & Excel
.
Assist in day-to-day office operations and support the sales and accounts team.
Perform
internet research and browsing
as required for office tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum
1 year of relevant experience
in back-office or accounts work.
Proficient in
Tally, MS Office (Word, Excel)
, and
Internet operations
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Organized, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
