Job Description

We are a fast-growing algorithmic trading firm leveraging cutting-edge technology, data analytics, and quantitative models to drive investment decisions in financial markets. Our team comprises traders, data scientists, engineers, and risk managers working in a collaborative environment focused on performance, precision, and innovation. We are now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our operations and ensure seamless transaction processing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operational activities including trade settlements, reconciliations, and reporting. Verify and validate trade data from trading desks and ensure accuracy before settlement. Coordinate with counterparties. Assist in trade confirmations, margin calculations, and position monitoring. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to trades, positions, and cash flows. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards. Support risk management teams by providing accurate data and reports. Automate routine processes wherever possible and collaborate with technology teams to streamline workflows. Handle queries from traders, compliance teams, and auditors in a timely and professional manner. Assist in data entry, archival, and document management in compliance with data security standards. Provide administrative support and improve process documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in algorithmic or high-frequency trading environments. Exposure to risk management, P&L reporting, or regulatory frameworks (SEBI, FINRA, etc.).
