We are hiring a Computer Operator with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support day-to-day back office tasks including email handling, billing, order coordination, and compliance documentation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office and capable of managing routine office operations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Check and respond to daily emails in a timely and professional manner
Draft and send business correspondence via email
Generate and send invoices/bills to clients
Handle order processing and coordinate with internal departments
Maintain proper records of emails, orders, and billing data
Assist with basic compliance-related documentation and reporting
Ensure documents are filed and organized in accordance with internal policies
Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong email drafting and documentation skills
Familiarity with basic compliance processes and recordkeeping
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
