Monitoring Attendance of staff
Petty cash management
To maintain cleaniliness of the hospital (Twice a day of Proper waste secretion).
To collect the Duty Roaster from all the Department.
To check/pay the monthly expenses of Telephone, Mobile, Electricity bill, Water bill, Flower expenses, Water can expense, Staffs PG expenses, Maridi Payment, Coffee/Tea expenses, Consultant payment, DD Water expense etc.
Maintenance of daily consumable in the register. (Stationery & Housekeeping, Consent forms, Broachers, Uniforms, Aprons, Patients Reg Files etc).
Proper coordination and communication with reporting manager related to weekly stock & purchase, Payment reports.
AMC Maintenance.
Scheduling staff's weekly meeting with HOD
Maintenance of Staffs grievance.
Submission of Monthly Stock reports to Accounts Dept
Event Management
Vendor Management
Qualification: Any Degree or PG
Skills: Good communication skills, MS Office, Basic computer skills
Languages : English and kannada
