Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Back Office Executive

to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle essential office tasks, ensure efficient documentation, and provide support to other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform data entry, documentation, record-keeping, and filing tasks Manage internal databases, update records, and maintain accuracy Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative processes Handle calls, emails, and correspondence related to admin tasks Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting HR/admin activities Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience in a back office or administrative role Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
