Job Role Summary:



The Back Office Documentation Executive is responsible for managing all the company's documentation processes and systems, ensuring that records are maintained properly, data is accurately entered, and support is provided to various departments without direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, manage, and organize internal and external documents. Maintain digital and physical filing systems. Perform data entry and maintain records in databases. Handle confidential information with discretion. Track, manage, and follow up on documentation processes. Coordinate with departments like sales, Projects Production and logistics for proper documentation flow. Generate reports and summaries as required. Review documents for accuracy and completeness. Assist in compliance and audit processes by maintaining up-to-date documentation.

Required Skills:



Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Basic knowledge of database systems and document management software

Educational Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Commerce, Business Administration, or related areas)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
