We are seeking a female candidate for a Back Office & Data Entry role. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, good English communication, and the ability to manage data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract data from emails and organize it in Excel sheets.
Prepare quotations in Excel format for clients.
Manage Gmail and other email communications efficiently.
Assist in maintaining and updating records.
Support basic social media activities as required.
Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data management). Good knowledge of Gmail and general computer applications. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Familiarity with social media platforms will be an added advantage.
