Key Responsibilities
Handle back-office operations including data entry, documentation, file management, and record keeping.
Prepare project-related reports, presentations, and maintain MIS/data dashboards.
Support project teams in planning, coordination, and execution of activities.
Communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project deliverables are met.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and drafting official correspondence.
Track project progress and update reports to management regularly.
Coordinate logistics, procurement, and vendor interactions for project-related needs.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain confidentiality of data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Commerce, or Social Sciences preferred).
Prior experience in
back office, administration, or project coordination
will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
