Job Description

Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.

Prepare reports, presentations, and official documentation as required.

Handle correspondence (emails, letters, memos) with accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and data management.

Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement-related tasks.

Understand manpower requirements from department heads.

Create and post job descriptions on various portals/social platforms.

Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Assist in onboarding formalities for new employees.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
