About the Role:
We are hiring a female Back Office Coordinator to manage coordination between the Sales Team and Back Office Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and be proficient in Advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up with the Sales Team and Back Office Team for smooth operations
Maintain and update sales and process-related reports
Prepare MIS reports and track daily activities
Handle documentation, data entry, and communication tasks efficiently
Assist management with operational updates and reports
Requirements:

Fluent in Bengali & English (spoken and written)
Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Management)
Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
Experience in a coordination or back-office role preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,800.00 per month
