We are looking for an

Office Executive to support our Graphics Team

. While this role does not involve hands-on graphic design work. It is well-suited for someone with a strong interest in the creative field and a creative mind-set. The position also involves managing and coordinating

a team of 5 to 8

graphic designers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assign tasks

to the graphics team based on project requirements.

Ensure clear understanding of tasks through

effective communication

with designers.

Act as a

liaison

between the graphics team and management.

Monitor task progress and ensure

timely delivery

of assigned work.

Maintain

organized project files and design assets for easy accessibility.

Gather feedback from management and communicate it to the graphics team to support

continuous improvement

Minimum Graduate.
