Inventory Oversight:
Monitor and manage property inventory records, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure up-to-date listings and availability.
Excel Proficiency:
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining databases related to sales, inventory, and client information.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
Data Entry and Management:
Accurately input and update information in company databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Coordination with Legal Teams:
Work closely with legal departments to ensure all agreements and documents meet regulatory standards and are filed appropriately.
Communication Liaison:
Act as a point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth information flow.
Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure all back-office operations adhere to company policies and legal requirements, conducting regular audits as necessary.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement improvements to streamline back-office functions.
Reporting:
