Back Office Coordinator
to join our dynamic team in Tiruppur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling buyer communications, coordinating warehouse activities, sending pre-alerts, and supporting the logistics team in planning and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with buyers and overseas clients to ensure smooth coordination
Send pre-alerts and shipment updates to clients and internal departments
Conduct and oversee warehouse inspections to ensure cargo readiness and compliance
Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for shipment planning and scheduling
Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments and warehouse activities
Track shipment movement and ensure timely follow-ups with the concerned teams
Support daily back-office operations and maintain accurate data records
Assist in resolving operational queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in back-office operations, buyer communication, or logistics coordination
Good understanding of logistics and warehouse processes
Excellent communication and email correspondence skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
As per industry standards + performance incentives
