The Back Office Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth functioning of office processes. The role involves handling data management, documentation, communication between departments, and assisting in day-to-day office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation. Coordinate with different departments (HR, Accounts, Sales, etc.) for smooth workflow. Handle internal communication and follow up on pending tasks. Manage filing systems Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other official documents. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and office events. Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required. Handle queries via email/phone and forward them to the concerned department. Provide support to management and staff in daily office operations.
