We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks at our Padgha office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining reports, coordinating with field engineers, managing client data, preparing documentation, and assisting in daily office operations.
You'll work closely with the admin and technical team to ensure smooth backend operations of Care Infotech.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily work reports and project records
Coordinate with field engineers and clients for updates
Manage incoming calls, emails, and documentation
Prepare quotations, service reports, and attendance sheets
Support admin team in handling daily office activities
Skills Required:
Good communication & coordination skills
MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
Basic computer knowledge (Word, Email, Printing, Scanning)
Time management & attention to detail
Qualification:
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream
Fresher or 1-year experience in office coordination preferred
