We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Back Office Coordinator
to join our textile manufacturing unit in Amritsar. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and support functions to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow and timely updates.
Prepare reports, handle emails, and maintain communication logs.
Assist in inventory management, billing, and dispatch coordination.
Support management in day-to-day operational tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all back-office processes.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2-8 years of experience in back-office or administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
