Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain data using MS Excel (data entry, reports, charts, analysis, etc.).
Provide administrative and back-office support to different departments.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth flow of operations.
Handle emails, calls, and day-to-day correspondence.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and supporting management tasks.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication skills.
