Job Description

Support sales team with orders, quotations, invoices, and documentation Maintain sales records, CRM data, and customer databases Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and operations teams Track order status, deliveries, and payment follow-ups Prepare sales reports and MIS summaries Handle customer queries related to orders and documentation Manage emails, calls, and internal communication Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications



Good Communication skill Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as back office coordinator. Strong

organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, CRM software

Good communication and coordination abilities Attention to detail and data accuracy Basic knowledge of sales processes and accounting terms
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?22,000.00 per month
