We also understand client profiles and guide them to invest only in products.

We are looking for a back office coordinator to coordinate with fundhouses, coordinate with clients for documentation and KYC as well as to have all information maintained in an upto date manner in our CRM. Clients with prior operating knowledge of ZOHO will be preferred.

Job Profile:

Manage and handle coordination for back end ops with fundhouses and clients . Work with Sales and Product Team to ensure data is always upto date Follow up on queries / cases and understand requirements Coordinate with CAMS/ KARVY/Fundhouses to correct mismatches. Email reports Maintain Back office CRM - Zoho All other back office tasks
