Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily reports and update records in Excel.
Assist in documentation, billing, and client communication.
Coordinate with field engineers and management teams.
Ensure smooth office operations and follow-up on pending tasks.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in back office or coordination roles.
Strong Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream (Commerce preferred).
