To communicate between customers and liaison with overseas suppliers. Track customer orders, billing, payment, maintain office files and market research over internet and tracking new enquiries and preparation of presentations etc.
Prepare planning in consultation with supplier requirements and align logistics based on such planning with customers.
Support customers with samples, technical data, presentations etc.
Candidates must have excellent computer and communication skills in English and capable of self-correspondence with graduation as minimum qualification.
Job involves communication over telephone and Emails & Back office support work.
