Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and follow-ups. Coordinate and manage sales documentation including quotes, contracts, and invoices. Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (e.g., CRM systems). Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and product presentations. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management. Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns as needed. Collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Handle incoming sales-related emails and phone calls professionally. Track and manage inventory levels relevant to customer orders and promotional activities. Monitor sales targets and team performance, and provide administrative support to help achieve objectives.
