Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
Manage data entry, documentation, and file management (physical & digital).
Handle communication with internal departments and external vendors/customers.
Operate and maintain internal business portals (ERP/CRM systems, vendor portals, etc.).
Regularly update records in company portals related to sales, purchase, inventory, and customer interactions.
Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and other operational data as required.
Monitor email communication and respond/forward as needed.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, logistics, and HR teams for smooth operations.
Track pending tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of open items.
Support in onboarding vendors/customers onto portals when needed.
Identify and escalate operational issues to the management when necessary.
