Primary Responsibilities
Coordinates internal operations like documentation, filing, data entry, reporting, and logistics.
Invoicing and Payment follow-up
Quotations to client and from suppliers
Assists Vendor coordination, purchase orders, delivery
Travel bookings
Prepares reports, maintains records.
Key Skills
Follow up and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Excel / Word / Powerpoint Presentation, data handling, and documentation tools.
Detail-oriented and good communication skills
Goal
Ensure smooth internal operations & customer interaction.
