Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately in company records. Help process online orders and invoices. Support coordination with suppliers for product delivery. Assist in responding to customer emails and phone calls. Help track inventory and report low stock levels. Communicate clearly with team members and customers. Use basic Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks.
